Baltimore Magazine Editorial Illustration

Baltimore Magazine created a special issue that centered around the experiences of Baltimoreans during the early stages of the pandemic. In an issue thick with heavy topics, one article called for something more optimistic. This illustration was paired with a story about the Creative Alliance keeping creativity alive amid widespread shut downs, specifically the window galleries they encouraged throughout the community. I worked with the magazine's Art Director to conceptualize this illustration and shape its bright and optimistic tone.
